How to Place a Secure Order Online

1. Adding an item to your shopping cart
When you see an item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add To Cart" button. This will take you to a screen displaying the items in your shopping cart.

2. Viewing the contents of your shopping cart
Each time you select an item to purchase, you will be shown the contents of your shopping cart. To speed ordering, you may un-check the "Show Shopping Cart Every Time I Order Something" button. At any time while you are browsing, you may click "View Your Order" to display the contents of your shopping cart.

3. Removing an item from your shopping cart
At any time you may click "View Your Order." This will take you to a screen showing the items in your cart. You may click "Empty Cart" to remove all of the items in your shopping cart, or you can remove a single item by setting the quantity to "0" (zero) next to the product you do not want, then click "Recalculate."

4. Checking out/Paying for your order

  • Step One - Click "View Cart" and confirm that the items listed are those that you wish to purchase.

  • Step Two - Enter your the Zip/Postal Code where your order will be shipped. This will determine the appropriate sales tax amount and shipping options. You may choose shipping from the list of "Drop Down" options. Click "Recalculate" to display the updated total with tax and shipping.
    • Orders are shippped via UPS if not overseas.
    • If you want to use your own shipping vendor and charge it to your own account please choose the option "Charge My Account - Enter info in Ordering Instructions" - be sure to enter your shipping vendor name and account number in the "Ordering Instructions" box. You will see a $10.00 charge that is for handling, which applies to all orders. Shipping charges are in addition to the $10.00 handling fee.
    • Overseas Orders - you must select "DHL - for all overseas orders - rate will be added" for your shipping method. Interchange Inc. uses DHL for all Overseas shipments. We will add the rate onto your Proforma invoice / credit card, or you may use your account number with DHL or a carrier of your choice" Please supply us with that information on the Ordering Instructions.


  • Step Three - Click "Check Out"

Sales Tax

If your order is shipped to an address in Minnesota, we must add Minnesota sales tax to your total purchase.

Payment Options

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Wire Transfer for online purchases. Payments are accepted in U.S. funds only. If you wish to pay by check, you may print the screen showing your shopping cart and mail it along with your check to:
